Community Support Team
The Community Support Team (CSS) provides individuals with the opportunity to explore social and recreational activities in the community. The main goal of the program is to enable each individual to establish a long-term, personal support network developed throught activities that are chosen by each person. This support network is seen as critical to continuing an independent life in the community.
