Mental Health Programs
If you have experienced mental health issues, you may be looking for friendship or support from others who know what you’ve been through in the mental health system.
You may need a little — or a lot - of help managing your everyday responsibilities at home. You may want to become involved in new activities to learn how to have more fun in life. If you are in school, you may want some guidance about how to be successful there, or some career counseling to support your employment goals. It’s possible that you need assistance with finding and keeping a job. And if you struggle with alcohol or drug use, you may be looking for people who will help you to create a recovery plan and support you as you use it. At the same time, your family may also be looking for help to understand what you are going through and how they can support you.
TLS staff are prepared to help you with any or all of these parts of life. Whether you need a great deal of support or only a bit, we will listen to you and walk with you as you move forward in life.
