Committed to Wellness: TLS Sponsors Smoking Cessation Classes
As part of the commitment TLS' Community Support Services has made to assisting individuals achieve a better level of health, a collaboration was formed with the Smoking Cessation Coordinator at SUNY Upstate Medical University, Cynthia Cary. The second series of seven classes, which take place during a week period, is currently winding down, with more sessions anticipated later in the year. Those who have attended have already experienced several levels of success in limiting or quitting smoking.
