"Working in TLS' Bridge Services, I was able to help re-unite a gentleman I will call Bob with family members whom he had not seen nor heard from in more than thirteen years. The process was not simple. We travelled to Buffalo to visit a brother who is incarcerated there, and eventually met Bob's sister who now wishes to be in contact with her two brothers and to have them meet their young nephew. Being part of a caring family has changed Bob's life in a fundamental way. It is wonderful to know that I played a part in making this happen."
