TLS Single Point of Entry service disseminates essential information and connects individuals with resources and services within the agency and community. Our staff provide support and guidance for individuals seeking information or access to agency programs or services. The service continuously researches new community services and resources in order to enhance the overall effectiveness of agency staff. Typical services include:
- assessing situations, exploring options and identifying resources
- assists individuals to prioritize and initiate actions
- linkages to agency and community programs/services
- liaisons with other community referral and intake providers
- short-term situational counseling
- individual and system advocacy
