Unique Peerspectives is a Peer Support Center that promotes self-help and alternatives to the Mental Health System. We feel free to share our experiences, strengths, hope and support with each other to take charge of our lives.

The Center offers a comfortable, non-threatening atmosphere. We do not provide treatment, therapy, or emergency services.

The Center operates by which participants have input into the development of policies, activities and fun by way of a participant's meeting on the third Saturday of each month.

The Center offers the services of two Peer Specialists whom provide supportive, educational and technical services to participants.

Participants organize and facilitate:

  • Daily peer support groups
  • Peer training
  • Activities

As participants define what they want to do, the Center helps them do it.
